Shipping & returns statement

We want you to get your products safely and quickly, and in the same new condition that they leave KPCM.

With this in mind we utilise the Royal Mail's delivery service and for larger/heavier products or Express Delivery Services we use a ParcelForce Courier service.

In addition to this, we offer a £11.50 "Express Service" option  (Monday to Friday). This is available for all order values.

Orders to the Republic Of Ireland and under the value of £25.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £5.50

Worldwide Shipping to any destination is available at a flat rate of £8.95

Stock items are processed the same day if ordered before 12pm or next working day if ordered after 12pm for express deliveries.

Returns & Replacements

We think that you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchases from KPCM Display, however, if for any reason you’re not completely happy or have simply changed your mind, then we can arrange a return or replacement product within 30 days of delivery.
